Refund policy

-NO RETURNS ON FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

-Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
-ZERO TOLERANCE

Domestic returns must be requested within 7 days of your order date for store credit only. Once the label has been created you will have up to 3 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive store credit refund. After 5 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service at Connect@revivalbrand.org for a new return label and possibly be charged a flat rate for return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 

Additional Returns Guidelines

 

 

Products must be returned in new condition, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. 
If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.

If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.

 

 

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
